A product and experience leadership team member for Staysure Group, the UK's leading travel insurance specialist, responsible for experience, product design, research, content and people leadership across the group's brands.
My time at Staysure was spent implementing the reinvention of the Staysure brand, including creating experience principles, design system and tone of voice guidelines.
I was also instrumental in developing Staysure’s customer insight and research capability, which included designing and leading customer research activity and conducting qualitative interviews.
Much of the identity is at production stage so not yet available to show.

Staysure experience principles
These are the principles we created to underpin the re-invention of the Staysure digital experience.
Every experience is designed in alignment with these principles—from how information is presented on a product page to how a customer is guided and reassured while buying an insurance product.
These principles are designed to cater to the unique needs of customers with complex medical histories and align with the latest consumer duty standards, ensuring that all policies are sold responsibly.

What's shown here gives a small representation of the hours of discovery, testing, customer interviews and cross-functional collaboration that got the re-invention of this part of the customer experience to where it is today.
