Three
/ About
I built a full-service creative team at Three, pivotal in reinventing Three UK's multi-channel customer experience. While captured here are snapshots in time, this work was transformational and set the standard for how Three presents itself today. Playing my part in leading the change across digital, brand, and retail during my tenure at Three was a privilege. This is just a glimpse of the impactful work we created.

Three Digital
The selected images here represent a small part of the huge steps we made in taking the quality of the digital experience to the next level at Three.
Working cross-functionally on transformational digital products is never easy but it's definitely worth the effort.
The principles and guidelines we created here were adopted globally wherever Three operated.
Three retail
A pleasure to be part of a team that took what were tired, out-dated and cluttered environments into something the whole organisation could be proud of.
These rejuvenated Three Stores represented a real shift in the perception of the Three brand on the high street.
Images here show the Westfield, Bluewater and Oxford Street stores (there are around 350 in total) and feature various campaigns which we were responsible for producing.
Three identity
Three's identity had been around about 10 years when we were asked to get involved to help reinvent it. Obviously a great challenge for anybody who loves making an impact at this level.
All the big telcos have got their own colour and we decided to go with white, keeping things clean and simple - but with a bright, vibrant colour palette that allowed plenty of scope to create eye-catching, effective work.
Send up the bat signal to summon down Helvetica 75 Neue for good measure and you've got yourself a simple yet potent list of brand ingredients.
Included are a few key pieces from the development of the identity.
I added the image of the guys putting the big helvetica wall graphics up in Three's Glasgow call centre as it was such a great thing to see come to life.
I also led the refresh of Three's contact centres in Mumbai and Pune, providing leadership and mentoring to colleagues at those sites.
